Asked to capture the essence of the Tenuta Luce wine and vineyard for a series of collector's prints, I created this photograph:


“This photograph is an attempt to encapsulate the terroir and history of Tenuta Luce. To show the importance of the surrounding nature to the wine, the vineyard is framed by the Estate's abundant forest. The biodiversity reflected in the wine as well as the photograph. An early Summer morning I captured the Tuscan Sun above the vineyard, giving vibrance and richness to the wine, and symbolizing the Estate's historic ties to the Florentine Renaissance.”
